Surrounded By Natural Beauty
It’s quite lovely how the built environment fits in with the natural environment at Peregian Springs. Stands of magnificent scribbly gum remain in place, grass trees abound, you can sit by tranquil duck ponds, watch the birdlife, there are nesting boxes, and the native flora attracts green tree frogs and magnificent black cockatoos.
Significant conservation areas have been established within the estate, and Aveo Group is funding a recovery plan for the Emu Mountain Sheoak. There is also an agreement with the University of the Sunshine Coast to provide funding and support for environmentalists to research this unique species.
Ensconced by National Parks, close to the ocean and far from the nearest factory, Peregian Springs stands apart as one of the loveliest places to live in South East Queensland.
Parks, Footpaths and Playgrounds
There’s a pleasing sense of space at Peregian Springs. At every turn, there seems to be a park, a pond or a playground.
The verdant vibe is enhanced by the charming views to the nearby Noosa National Park and the hinterland mountains beyond.
Kilometres of dedicated pathways and cycleways at Peregian Springs meander about offering myriad routes for dog walkers and hand holders to explore the estate as the sun sets on another day in paradise.
