Peregian Springs 88 hectares of man-made waterways and parks and conservation areas provide an idyllic setting for modern life and recreation.

We have dedicated conservation land to ensure Peregian Springs will always retain its beautiful bushland setting.  We have also created small wetland areas to attract wildlife, enabling our residents to get a sense of living close to nature.
