Peregian Springs is a residential community which exists in harmony with nature’s gifts whilst offering fantastic modern lifestyle facilities.

At Peregian Springs conservation and environmental protection is a priority to create a better living environment for residents. Land has been set aside for green corridors drawing native birds and wildlife to the estate, and providing an attractive outlook with more open areas for people to enjoy. 

Conservation areas have been established on the estate and FKP is funding and participating in a recovery plan for the Emu Mountain Sheoak, a flowering shrub native to the Sunshine Coast.

FKP Have entered into a partnership with Queensland’s Environmental Protection Agency, Maroochy Shire Council and Queensland Herbarium to ensure the development and implementation of this 5 year recovery plan.

FKP also have an agreement with the University of the Sunshine Coast to provide funding and support for environmentalists to research this unique species.

Peregian Springs is surrounded by natural wonders – the beach, the bush, and park lands – a magnificent outdoor environment!
