BUILDERS BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.              This is an FKP Promotion applicable to vacant parcels of land at its estates known as Peregian Springs and Ridges Peregian Springs. The selected vacant lots are :

2.              The offer is available to buyers who enter into a contract between 21st October 2011 and 31 December 2011, comply with the terms of such contract and otherwise subject to the terms set out below. 

3.              The offer only applies to land owned by FKP and where the land is sold at the current listed prices. 

4.              The Queensland Government announced on 14 June 2011 a $10,000 Queensland Building Boost Grant as a State Government initiative including building contracts entered between 1 August 2011 and 31 January 2012, and subject to various terms and conditions for eligibility. 5. FKP will pay a bonus of $20,000 (inclusive of G.S.T ) to the buyers builder.

6.              FKP builders’ bonus is separate to the Queensland Building Boost Grant. FKP will pay the buyer’s builder the $20,000 (inclusive / exclusive of GST) at or about the same time the State Government pays its Boost Grant to the builder. 

7.              FKP builder’s bonus is only payable to builders if the building contract generally complies with the same terms and conditions of the Queensland Building Boost Grant, including having the building completed within the time frames prescribed by the Queensland Government. 

8.              This promotion is not available with any other FKP offer.
